What we do
For most of our clients we are the entire IT department. Everything below is part of the engagement, not a menu of add-ons.
- Help desk
- Staff reach a real person who knows your building, not a ticket queue. After-hours coverage is available for facilities that run overnight, and we'd rather set that up properly than pretend a 9-to-5 contract fits a 24-hour operation.
- EHR and clinical systems
- Support for the platform you already run, plus dealing with your software vendors so clinical staff don't spend their shift on hold. We handle access, onboarding, and the integrations between your record system, billing and the lab.
- Devices
- Workstations, phones and tablets — procured, configured, encrypted and managed centrally. A new hire's device is ready before they walk in, and a departing employee loses access the day they leave.
- Network and wifi
- Coverage that holds up across an entire building rather than just near the office, with clinical traffic properly separated from guest and resident access. Firewalls, switching and printing included.
- Security and compliance
- Access control, monitoring, email protection and documentation built around HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 — the federal rule covering substance use disorder records, which most general IT firms have never encountered. When a surveyor asks how records are controlled, there's an answer ready.
- Backup and recovery
- Tested restores, not just backups running somewhere. An outage should cost you an afternoon, never a record.
- Onboarding and offboarding
- In a business with this much turnover, the gap between hiring someone and them being able to work is a real cost, and every account that outlives an employee is a real risk. We make both of those routine.
- Projects
- New locations, acquisitions, moves, refreshes and system migrations. Quoted and approved in writing before any work starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
