Aleph Ventures is built around healthcare facilities rather than being a general IT company that happens to have one. That focus is the whole point.
Most IT companies serving this industry learn it on the client's time. They've never dealt with a surveyor asking how records are access-controlled, never had a nurse locked out of a clinical system at three in the morning, and have never heard of the federal rules that apply to substance use disorder records specifically.
We work in these buildings. We understand that a bed sitting empty because admissions couldn't process an intake is a real number on your P&L, that your staffing model means constant onboarding, and that a system going down at midnight is not something that can wait until Monday.
You work directly with the person who runs the firm. Not an account manager who relays your problem to someone else. When you call, you get someone who already knows your building, your systems and your history — and who can make a decision without checking with anyone.
We stay deliberately small for that reason. We'd rather do the work properly for a handful of operators than badly for a hundred.
How we work
- Clear pricing
- One predictable monthly fee for day-to-day support. Project work quoted and approved in writing before it starts, so nothing shows up unexplained on an invoice.
- One invoice
- One clean bill per entity per month. If you operate several facilities, you shouldn't need a spreadsheet to work out what you're paying for.
- No lock-in
- We'd rather keep the work by doing it well than by holding you to a long contract.
- Plain language
- You should never need a translator to understand what we did or why it mattered. If an explanation requires jargon, it's a bad explanation.
