ALEPH VENTURES

Privacy

Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and we don't sell or share what little it does collect.

What we collect. Two things. If you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it — your name, organization, email, phone, the type of operation you run, and your message. Separately, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure how the site is used. This is aggregate measurement. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use visitor de-anonymization tools, and we make no attempt to identify individual visitors or the companies they work for.

What we do with it. Contact form submissions go to Chaim Silberstein and are used to respond to you. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Analytics data is processed by Google under their terms.

Where it lives. This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and standard server logs. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.

Protected health information. This website is not a channel for PHI. Please don't put patient information into the contact form. For client work involving systems that contain PHI, we execute a Business Associate Agreement and handle that information under its terms — not under this policy.

Opting out. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will work exactly as it does now. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email chaim@alephventuresit.com and we'll handle it.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, the updated version appears here. Last updated 24 September 2026.
